OUR STORY

Motivate Property was born from a vision from our owner & founder Corey Jones.

Corey originally started his career in the Royal Australian Navy, and after returning from the Middle-East when he was 19, Corey met a property-focused mentor who taught him how he could use property to break free from the normal school, work, retirement cycle, and retire far sooner than he could have ever imagined.

After spending 5 years working in the real estate sector, Corey felt something was missing from the industry – a holistic property service that puts the clients first. He decided to create a company that incorporates all forms of property investment strategies, that’s personally designed for the individual client and not trying to fit them into a box.

At Motivate Property, our vision is simple: To have our clients’ incomes replaced with property, so they can live life on their terms.

We knew that to accomplish our mission, we needed a team of dedicated and passionate individuals who shared our values. We handpicked a team of experienced professionals who not only excel in their respective fields but also genuinely want to make a real difference to our clients lives.

Nurturing my plant babies (indoor plants), wining & dining with family and friends, boating/ camping and fishing throughout the waterways in Mandurah, online shopping, buying more indoor plants (haha) and playing 8ball.
The goal is to enjoy a stress-free life, free from obligations of receiving a pay check and being employed. I would love to have a decent sized piece of land, somewhere near the coast, pet chooks, a vegetable garden, and to be able to enjoy the simplicity of life how it should be lived naturally.
I would love to have a large enough slice of land, that I could open a plant nursery on it.
I honestly really love the culture throughout the team, whether it’s in the office or working from home, everyone possesses that drive, and that “can do” attitude.
I also love that Motivate has the "Boutique" service vibe, we care about our customers and that service continues through all of our departments.

I love spending time with my girls, my family & my friends. I’m either in the office, otherwise training Jiu Jitsu, playing guitar, riding my motorcycles or travelling around the world.
Replace my income and retire my parents & in-laws. I would then focus my time on building my Young Warrior’s Charity program, which helps develop self-defence, life skills and confidence for young kids with no father figures in their lives.
As hard as building & running a business is, that meeting with my clients when they realise their multi-millionaires is absolutely worth it! I also love my team and helping them grow & evolve into better versions of themselves is awesome too!
From an old mentor of mine: “Only listen to people who are where you want to be” – most people around you are going to hold you down, think you’re crazy and tell you what they think you can achieve… Most of it is BS, and you’re the only one who’s responsible for your money.
